Policies
Starting Wednesday
at 8:00 a.m., all people entering the fairgrounds must pay
admission. The only exception will be livestock truckers arriving
with livestock. The driver of the livestock truck and his
vehicle will be allowed to enter at no charge to unload livestock.
Any passengers must have an exhibitor pass/season ticket or
pay admission. Exhibitors needing to pick up their passes
must do so at the Main Gate.
During the Fair,
all vehicles, including supply trucks, will be charged $3.00
each time they enter the grounds or a one time charge of $10.00
for a season vehicle pass which allows unlimited vehicle admission.
Everyone in the vehicle must show an exhibitor pass/season
ticket or pay admission.
Individuals wishing to
purchase food at the Fair, attend shows, meet friends or family,
etc. must show a pass or pay admission. Junior exhibitors having
wristbands that are unattached or damaged must enter the Main Gate
on 10th Street and report directly to the Fair Administration Building
Office.
Livestock
truck and trailer policy
On Sunday trailers
will be allowed on the grounds after 7:00 p.m. At that time,
livestock trucks and trailers will be admitted through the
East Gate, at no charge, and exit the North Gate onto 9th
Street. No vehicles will be allowed to enter through the North
Gate. People loading livestock and/or exhibit materials are
asked not to block or impede the flow of traffic on the grounds.
Trailers left on the grounds, during the Fair, must be parked
in the designated area at the Southeast corner of the fairgrounds
by the exit gate.
THERE
WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES.
