- Security Deposit of $1,000.00
- Pricing: ask us about our non-profit and youth organization pricing.
- ALL events are required to have a Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000 naming Green County Agricultural Society & Mechanics Institute as certificate holder.
- Half of rent & Security Deposit are due when rental of building and/or grounds is requested, along with a signed contract. Remaining rent and Certificate of Insurance are due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
- Current Trash removal rate is set by disposal company.
Exhibition Hall (166′ N/S lenght x 67′ E/W wideth)
Rental Fee & Terms: $600 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Cooler available for use at $150.
Additional Days Charge: $200 per day.
Pavilion (80′ E/W x 57′ N/S)
Rental Fee & Terms: $600 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Additional Wings (North, East, West) available for $300 per wing.
Building 13 (Youth in Action)
Rental Fee & Terms: $600 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Additional Days Charge: $200 per day.
Amphitheater (1750 capacity)
Rental Fee & Terms: $1,900 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Bathroom Rental
Rental Fee & Terms: $150.00 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Remaining Buildings
Rental Fee & Terms: $600 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal.
Additional Days Charge: $200 per day.
Outside Space Available for Rent
Rental Fee & Terms: $1,900 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal + $4/amp of Electric usage.
Large Events Restricting Additional Use of Grounds
Rental Fee & Terms: $1,900 for 3 days + Current Rate of trash removal. No other rentals will be permitted during this rental option. Campgrounds are not included.
Table / Chair Rentals
Tables are 8′ rectangualr @ $10 per table (40 available, 8ft long & rectangular)
Chairs @ $2.50 per chair (64 available)
